The concept of dining in the dark originated in Europe and has since has debuted in restaurants around the world. From Asia to New York City and beyond, dining in the dark is the most exciting alternative to an ordinary night out!

Frog Hair is proud to bring this revolutionary sensation to WNY in a way that only Frog Hair can. We start with a pitch black dining room, add a five course meal, entertainment, great service and a lot of Frog Hair flair, resulting in the a truly unique and memorable event.

This amazing experience guarantees a night that our particpants will talk about for years to come. During this pitch black (and we mean black… no lights of any kind are allowed in the dining area) adventure, you’ll discover a feast for your senses. With your dominant sense on hold, your remaining senses will heighten as you move through each course, allowing you to experience tastes, and sounds like never before!

Participants may choose from two menus.
Menu "A"
The Adventurous option features a secret menu to enhance the fun.
Menu "B"
Allows participants to see the menu before the event date.
The 2011 Menu "B" is as follows:
* Fruit Plate
* Pesto Penne Pasta
* Caesar Salad
* Petit Filet Mignon, Stuffed Chicken Breast with a White Wine Sauce, Oven Roast Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables
* Dessert
